About the Author:
My name is Katie Thomas and I am a junior a UIndy. I am studying to be a social worker and my ultimate goal is to become a medical social worker in a hospital. I love the idea of helping people in need and giving back to my community. In my free time, I enjoy swimming (I compete on the swim team at UIndy), reading, playing with my dogs and cats, and volunteering my time with amazing groups of people. I’m not much of a writer but I have enjoyed creating stories and reliving memories throughout this past semester. I hope you enjoy reading the pieces that I have written!
